马上该考试了,今天开个短会,目的就是希望大家在最后阶段能够集中精力,搞好复习。反思教训:

用成绩说话。

一、希望大家抓紧时间进行复习,时间不挤,还是像平时一样松松垮垮,个人事情第一,进班不积极,对于教学工作懒散自由,晚来早走就很难取得好成绩。

二、集中精力复习:每一位老师牢固树立质量意识,复习就要心无旁支,精力集中,关键还是重视不重视的问题。

有些老师原来成绩很好,可最近成绩上不去了,主要还是功夫不到,懒散了的缘故。有些老师的自习,来到学生后面,教室不开门,到辅导时间不进教室,不见老师的影子,学生站在外面受冻;还有老师经常让搭班老师替你上自习,还不是一次两次,以自己有孩子为理由,难道别人就没有孩子?我看甚至是孩子都一样大,住的比你远。难道搭班老师就没有意见?这就是工作的态度,搭班就是这样搭班吗?这样的老师不要说当班主任了,就是一般老师也够呛。

三、思想要重视。我们现在是提前说这个事情,不要怕别人说成绩,考试之前说是为了考得好之后不说,不能考试前不在意,考试结束之后批评了有什么用?所以今天的话可能不好听,但是目的非常明确,就是希望大家思想要重视。要把该抓的学生抓起来,该学生会的必须要人人过关。该进教室必须进教室,考试期间不能晃晃悠悠,有效的措施必须坚持,扣死,抓紧。

有些老师说奖金从学校其他方面出,绩效工资差距小一点。那是胡说,那是自己不干,又不想让别人干的想法。有些老师成绩不搞还抱怨自己的绩效工资太低了,我看成绩这一块站绩效工资比值太低,差距没有拉开,怎样才能体现还是没有引起大家的重视。另外不能让一部分人对于学校工作不合理不正确的建议所左右,让一部分人搅混水的人的目的得逞。为啥有人说绩效我不要,只要不让我担课,因为他知道,在我们学校不担主科,绩效工作不会少发多少。不能再搞平均了。

本学期绩效只会加大成绩比重,不会减小。成绩只有要拉大差距,只有加大成绩所占的比重,才会调动老师的教学积极性,不然都是不想担责任,不愿干重活,担了主科质量意识也不强。啥时候大家都主动的担主科,找着要主科,才算较为理想。校长专门强调5万元专门用来评价语文数学,英语成绩。

1、考试好的要奖,四年级每人一百元,与绩效工资双重奖励,每人不下34百元。

2、考试成绩不好的要执行惩罚措施。

每个人都要思考的问题。

1、 上次考试过后,不知大家是否还记得自己的成绩,不知道大家是否还记得自己在质量分析中提到的采取的措施,效果如何?自己在本次考试中的成绩准备怎样?

2、 各段段长领导下的级段上一次考试成绩总体如何,下一次考试成绩准备考得如何?段长的作用发挥出来了没有?督促了没有?

3、班主任把班级管理的怎么样?

学生是需要鼓励的,不做思想工作,就不会有学习劲头。要抓学生的思想,要让班级有学习氛围,自己班学生的学习动力超过其他班级,学习成绩就会超过其他班;

本周听课,依然发现有学生看不健康课外书。

一方面说明你老师上课招呼不住学生,组织管理能力太差,你的课堂纪律形同虚设,这样的课要扣分。

另一方面,说明班主任工作浮漂,你班级管理存在问题,没有深入,学生心思不在学习上,老师在努力没用,这样的班主任也要扣分。建议班主任老师明天立即对全班不健康课外书进行检查,全部清理出学校,为搞好复习创造良好的氛围。从今天开始,凡是发现复习期间,你上课看课外书的,班主任和上课老师一律扣分。

我感觉最会营造学习氛围的是司艳艳老师。纪律是学习的保障,班级纪律不能自己上得时候好,别的老师上不下去。

3、 每一位老师对于补差你补的效果如何?这次考试你准备还有几个不及格?现在考虑的不是你干不干的问题,而是你干好干不好的问题。

现在不管你有什么样的合理不合理要求,不管你有什么样的意见和建议,都必须先把自己的教学成绩搞上去,现在把自己的教学放在第一位。成绩上不去,其他先放一放。以后要杜绝考不好的时候找客观理由,怨这怨那,手头不溜怨袄袖,以后多找找自己的原因,先看看自己与别人相比干得怎么样?

该提劲了,该振奋精神了,我们除了加强备课和集体教研以外,我们还提倡充分发挥个人能力。

副科考完了之后,自己要是感觉复习不够扎实,多上两节课没啥,多干点有啥?该考试不要太认真了,一分辛苦一分收获,自己想要好成绩,又不愿意多出力,哪有那么好的事?我们不统一要求,凭个人自愿,有些老师感觉自己做得不错的话,可以不上,但是你也连讽刺又打击地别有用心的说风凉话。落后话,消极话,甚至骂人,自己不干,还不让别人干,自己不想落后,害怕别人超过自己。这样的人,我告诉你一句话,管住你自己就可以了。这种风气不扭转,难以改变学校的整体面貌。多干活不丑,比着干才会取得成绩,如果认为不干就会取得成绩那是自欺欺人,天上不会掉馅饼的。

当然,主要问题还在于老师,我们反对平时功夫不到,该考试了作业成山,试卷成海,不考虑学生实际,平时不注意补差,该考试时,脾气上来,气急败坏,出现体罚,变相体罚等现象。

一、 做好学困生的转化

在全部都抓的基础上,不抓学困生,成绩难提高。评价上就是这样。复习要细致,系统,做到效果明显。

语文、

1、丰富语言积累,注重生活语文实践

不熟背、背诵、博览大量的诗文,不进行相当数量的练笔,要想学会读写是不可能的。上次的钓鱼岛问题就是例子,估计还会有。

2、加强学生书写能力的培养,养成严谨准确的书写习惯。送分题和卷面分,作文分等都有关系。要强调。

3、重视作文,不仅仅是备作文那么简单,要上作文复习课,用两节课讲讲考成作文的写作要求与方法。我们发现很多学生的作文雷同,严重时,一个班级试卷有四、五个学生的作文一模一样。作文内容的虚假,已成为小学作文教学的难点。总之,写实的作文一定要让学生写身边的事,说心里的话,说有童真童趣的话;想象作文则要鼓励学生展开想象的翅膀,写出富有新意的作文。

数学:

1、 注重培养学生读题意识,培养学生良好的解题习惯。老师要在学生的出题题型上强调,多见题型,让学生掌握做题的一般技巧,除了关注讲到之外,还要关注学到。一节课要对所讲知识不会的同学有所了解,要合理使用错题本。

2、 复习的关键在于有多少不会的学生学会了,有多少以往的知识补上了。复习切忌知识罗列。

3、 要养成学生的考试习惯,计算验算习惯,很多学生错题是因为计算错误,要避免,就是要考试时卷子做完后检验和验算。

3、本次考试成绩计入考评。

4、 五六年级级段会议本周召开。

5、 学校教导处着手积分。

建立长效机制,健康良性发展,成绩目标至始至终不能动摇,而不是成绩出来后会上喊一阵子,批一阵子,靠一阵风式的运动型抓质量根本就抓不上来。

成绩是干出来,不是歇出来,一些老师不进教室,不守班,不扣学生,成绩咋会出来?如果老师没有这种钢板精神,坐得住的精神,成绩就不会上。

对于提高学习成绩,最主要的是要让学生重视考试,重视学习,经常讲的是要敢于和学生较真,和学生过真,让学生向你投降,而不是你向学生投降,就是对于知识不放过,不会不罢休。让所有的学生都意识到学习态度必须端正,知识必须过关。

6、 每次考试,发现的最重要的问题是我们的学生干本就不重视考试,考场上成了休息的地方,看课外书的地方和玩游戏的地方,从侧面可以看出来,我们老师对于学生工作就根本就没有做到位,平时对于学校工作老师总是应付,(比如考前收缴课外书等,老师就没有布置,没有执行。)不用说交代给学生,更不用说强调给学生了。造成学生也是应付。另外班主任老师不能够协调三学科,特别是英语学科单打独斗,本来是非常容易上分的学科,因为学生考场上不用心,造成举国非常被动的局面。五一刘维园看课外书《粉样年华》;五二《斗罗大陆》,五三李子豪空白卷在考场上睡觉等说明问题了。五六班李静考场上玩手机,被监考老师发现没收。

7、 本次考试,第二天只有一位老师没有签到,点到时也不在,其余全部到位。

13、 必须认真予以整顿课堂教学行为,规范课堂行为,要让老师知道什么该做,什么不该做;要让老师知道那些该说,哪些不该说;要让老师认真地审视自己的课堂,让自己的课堂符合高效,要符合课堂的教学要素(比如有些老师部组织语言,随意性强;有些老师备课不经,想到哪,说到哪;有些老师坐讲严重),越不参与讲课,越不会讲课。等到突击检查,漏洞百出。(有时候不是你说不讲就不讲的课,比如领导推门听课等)。

校长要高度重视教学质量。老师重视教学质量主要是看校长重视不重视教学质量。校长要想办法让老师教学积极性高,现在的主要原因是老师人心涣散,认为干与不干一个样,宁愿不上课,这比什么都可怕。老师们都是比着看谁可以不上课。

评先表优时不看教学成绩,让老师心寒。对于教师担课看人下菜碟,吃香的少干,新球的多干,不公平。领导们和部分中层关键用人时认为是休息时,可以不上班,不进学校。

教学工作放在了次要位置,考试时都不管不问,不参与;校长带头不管不问;改卷子也没有人管。学校集体对教学工作形不成合力,该考试还讲与考试无关的话连篇。

管理要到位,要对教师教学成绩有要求,形成质量氛围。校长会上要多讲,要敢于讲硬气话。

二,校长要身先士卒,要经常性在学校,要接地气,要了解教师的教学情况,深入一线,多转班,多转教学楼,亲自发现问题并及时纠正问题,有问题自己过问而不是依靠别人。

三、于对教学成绩较差的,校长要让其感到压力,但又不是过激的打击,而要让其时时感到压力,并平时的管理要到位。该罚的轻一些也要罚。

2、学校要加大奖励和表彰力度,对于连续考得好的老师要加大奖励力度,评先政策上要倾斜。最好立即执行,现金奖励,学校的经费不仅是用来修补的。不要老师依靠绩效工资中,学校经费要舍得投入到教师身上。对于成绩好的要张贴到学校校园内,体音美老师不参与评比,班主任只评考试成绩。

3、挑出考得好的老师在全体教师会上讲讲经验,让老师感到学校对于质量的重视程度。会上不要讲其它与成绩无关的内容。

高三语文百日冲刺计划

离高考仅有百日,复习时间紧、任务重。我校的情况比较特殊,学生的基础薄弱,学习能力较低,自觉性不强,对语文不够重视。从几次市统考的反馈情况看,阅读和写作尤其是学生的弱项。而根据考纲要求,又特别重视对学生阅读和写作能力的考查。所以针对我校实际,高三语文组的几位老师认真思考、反复研究,特拟定本计划:

一、  总体设想:

1、  百日复习分为三个阶段(专题强化、专题训练、高考冲刺),每个阶段设置不同的学习重点逐一解决学生的学习问题。

2、  通过讲练结合的方式,以训练学生的解题思维。让学生在练习中总结做题思路、答题技巧和不同题型的解题方法。尽量效率优先,在精选、精做、精讲中使能力得以提高。

3、  第一阶段重点攻克现代文阅读、文言文阅读并结合作文素材的积累。

(1)       文言文:A、复习文言实词、虚词、句式。

B、做专项训练,每周2篇,周末评讲。

C、梳理必修书中的重要篇目,学生总结文言知识点。背诵名句名篇。

(2)       现代文阅读:

A、开辟语文学习专栏,将一些优秀范文、优美的文章展示出来。

B、每周摘抄一篇或一段优美或精辟的文章,并写上自己的对主题、结构、情感、语言等方面的理解和启发。字数不限。

C、做专项训练,每周4篇。归纳每篇文章的结构、主题、情感等等。

D、老师针对不同题型总结答题方法,让学生在思考中举一反三,让学生在巩固练习中提高阅读能力。

E、重温必修课本中的经典篇目,老师摘取一些优秀名作精讲,让学生能够将理论与实践相结合,提高阅读的兴趣。

4、第二阶段重点攻克诗歌阅读、名句名篇及写作指导。

(1)诗歌:A、复习诗歌的相关知识及必修课本中的诗歌。

B、用默写的方式定期检查学生的记忆情况。

C、老师每周利用一节课时间精讲一些优秀诗歌,最好用课件的方式,让学生在形象化感受中提高审美能力。

D、做专题训练,总结解题方法,特别注意诗歌中的景与情的关系。

(2)写作:A、每周写5段人生的思考或感悟。每两周写一篇大作文。

用互评、点评、精讲等方式来提高学生的写作水平。

B、老师分专题讲解高考写作的技巧,包括:审题立意、构思、材料的选择和结构的安排、开头和结尾、语言的提炼、亮点的制造、不同体裁的写作方法等问题。最好用课件,将理论与范文欣赏结合起来,使课堂充实而有效。

三、  总结:

It was there where he met the late author Oliver Sacks. The two became lifelong friends. Sacks once wrote, "His limitations can serve as strengths, too. 4、If you want to get rid of body fat,time-restricted feeding (TRF) could be the answer. TRF is a form of intermittent fasting (间歇性禁食)一which has several benefits over regular dieting. With intermittent fasting, the idea is that you can eat only during an eight-hour period in the day—between, say,11 am and 7 pm. The rest of the day,you don’t touch food or calories in any form. Now a study recently published in the Journal of Nutritional Science suggests that TRF may offer just as many benefits.

Scientists divided 16 volunteers into two groups. One group delayed their typical breakfast time by 90 minutes and then ate their dinner 90 minutes earlier than they normally might. This shortened their eating “window” by three hours. The other group ate at their normal hours. Regularly,the researchers tested the volunteers’ blood,checking their blood sugar and cholesterol levels. The volunteers kept careful diet diaries and completed a feedback questionnaire at the end of the study.

After ten weeks,the first group had lost,on average,more than twice as much body fat as the second. After analyzing the diet diaries, the researchers found that the TRF group had simply eaten less. In fact,57 percent of the first group noted on their questionnaires that they"d eaten less;they said their appetites weren"t as strong and they had fewer opportunities to eat. Plus,they remove nighttime snacking.

While this study can’t finally link lower body fat to the TRF schedule, it makes clear the advantages of limiting people’s eating time. The researchers will repeat the research with bigger groups and for a wide range of ages and conditions. They find that TRF is not always well-matched with family and social duty. Sometimes life"s demands necessarily get in the way.
