法院调查的原始证据表明,“彭宇案”中原、被告发生相撞的事实是成立的,一审据此判决的结果是适当和正确的,二审之前当事人达成庭前和解协议的直接效果也是好的。但案件审理中出现警方丢失询问笔录等关键证据,一审判决说理、表述不当等问题。虽然相关人员在事后给予了停职、调离和警告的处分,但加强政法队伍制度建设和思想业务建设仍刻不容缓。

汲取此案的一个深刻教训,就是要注重司法裁判对社会主流道德取向的引导作用,要把正确的价值判断和社会主流价值观有机融入司法裁判全过程。

一.高中政治课堂教学生活化提出的必然性
在新课改下,作为一线的教师都知道过去的课堂所传授的知识与社会生活联系并不紧密,因此培养出来的学生面对生活中的问题时常常束手无策,课堂成了与生活割裂的空间,知识成了从生活中剥离的纯粹的知识。传统的课堂教学忽略了学生作为生命个体本身的情感需求,疏离了学生所处的现实生活,也忽视了学生对社会生活的体验与锤炼。这样的教学势必是学生厌学,老师厌教,使教育进入一个死胡同。
曾记得著名教育家陶行知先生说过:“教育只有通过生活才能产生作用并真正成为教育。”而我们国家这次的新课改的亮点之一 是“构建以生活为基础,以学科知识为支撑的课程模块。” 也正是突出了这个理念,新课改要求我们的政治课的基本内容要立足于生活,反映生活,与生活紧密联系,为生活服务,打破了过去的教学与生活两张皮的局面。因此构建“政治课生活化”是新课程改革的要求,是政治课教学的内在需要,是学生主体性发展的源泉。可见,加强课堂教学生活化是实行新课改的关键所在。所以,我们在课堂教学中就应该在有机整合教材知识和社会生活上下大气力,关注学生的生活经验、学习经验,注意创设现实生活情境,启发、引导学生,让学生积极参与学校、家庭和社区的实践活动,并且让学生关注身边人,关心身边事,在生活中学习,向生活学习,让社会生活像一缕春风,吹进课堂,吹进学生的心里,最终使政治课堂真正活起来。 那么,如何使高中政治课堂教学生活化,笔者从自己几年来的教学实践,做了如下一些探讨。
二 高中政治课堂教学生活化的基本特征及措施:
所谓课堂教学生活化是指将社会生活贯穿于教学的每一环节之中,师生在教学活动中由社会生活导入课题,运用生活实例理解知识,并运用所学知识分析解决社会生活的实际问题的过程。我们这里所讲的社会生活是广义上的、具有普遍意义、能反映社会发展本质和规律的生活。而课堂教学生活化往往具有以下基本特征:
1、 教学资源的生活化。 “问渠哪得清如许,为有源头活水来”,思想政治课教学的“源头”,“活水”就是实实在在的丰富多彩的社会生活,它为思想政治课教学提供了取之不尽,用之不竭的素材。在以往教学中,教学的资源由老师收集提供给学生,再设置问题情景由学生讨论,这样的教学资源由于不是学生本人的直接体验,所以学生对老师提供的材料不感兴趣,生活化课堂必须结合学生的直接经验,以社会生活来丰富、扩展和提升学生个体的认识,把社会生活中的教育资源与书本知识融会贯通,从而发挥现实生活、直接经验对于学生身心发展的积极作用。例如我在进行高一一课的教学中,课前让学生去采访自己生活周围的人大代表,教学素材由学生自己去收集,问题由学生发现,然后再在课堂中讨论,在讨论中感悟体会人大代表的职责与义务,体会人民代表大会的地位和作用,这样由学生自己提供来自生活的教学素材,具有亲历性、情境性、具体性、个体性、原创性等特征。教学起来使教师省时省力,同时也使政治课堂少了许多说教,多了不少真实,大大提高了思想政治课教学的针对性和实效性,充分发挥了学生的主体作用。
2、 教学内容的实践化。课堂教学必须源于现实生活,又高于现实生活, 丰富的社会生活提供了丰富的教学素材,如何激活这些素材,怎样使零散的生活素材更好地为教学服务,发挥它的教育功能是课堂教学生活化的关键所在。辩证唯物主义认识论认为,人的认知规律就是:实践---认识----再实践---再认识……就是从实践中来,再回到实践中去。生活化的教学除了注重教学素材、教学情境的生活化外,也要注重教学内容的生活化。为此,生活化课堂必须具有学生自主学习、主动探究的氛围,充分发挥学生的主体意识,促使他们积极感悟、体验生活的价值和生命的意义。例如一课的教学中,学生通过采访人大代表,感悟到有关人大和人大代表的知识后,我再让学生扮演人大代表,分别对我们学校所存在的问题写一份议案,并上交给学校,其中许多具有操作性,可行性很强的议案被学校采纳并解决了问题。通过这个活动,大大激发了学生的求知欲望,也使学生体验了参与之乐,思维之趣,成功之悦,体会到了理论在生活中的价值,真正实现了“从生活中来”到“生活中去。”
3、 教学方法的生活化。新课程观指出,课程不应仅仅理解为教材,而应当看做是有计划地安排学生学习活动的过程,使学生参与活动,增加体验,获得发展。因此,在政治课教学过程中应更新教学方式,更多地关注学生的自主活动以及在活动中来体验和感受,即由传统的师生授受教学向体验教学转变。所以在教学过程中,再现和创设生活情境,寓生活原型于教学过程之中,沟通书本知识与生活的联系,将生活原型作为探索实践活动的感性支撑,建立一种开放的,与生活相结合的、生动的课堂教学方式,就是教学方式生活化。例如,我们平时可用扮演法让学生去体验知识,用实话实说、讨论法等,让学生去评价认识,用新闻播报、演讲法让学生去分析问题。除运用生活话题组织教学外,诸如主题班会、辩论会、社会调查、宣传活动、访谈演讲等,还有模仿“正大综艺”、“挑战主持人”、“第二起跑线”、“今日说法”等电视栏目的课堂组织形式,都是思想政治课教学方式走向生活化的有效形式。

三.构建高中政治课堂教学生活化的几点建议:
1、师生关系要和谐。
正所谓亲其师,信其道。和谐、民主、宽松的师生关系是授课成功的重要因素,是“生活化课堂”的重要组成部分,是构建“生活化课堂”的基础。 课堂教学被看成是生活世界的一部分,是教师和学生生活其中的预设背景,要求把教师和学生看成是存在于生活世界中的不同主体;把课堂看成是师生之间的交往行为,而不是知识授受的认知行为。师生之间的交往关系是建立在生活认识基础上的平等、民主、和谐的关系。为此,在政治课教学中,教师必须转变教学观念,坚持“以生为本”的理念,去倾听、去理解,为学生提供一个公平参与的机会,提供一个交互式的对话学习平台,把促进学生的全面发展作为思想政治课教学的出发点,关注学生的精神需求,指导学生的精神生活。例如,我在授课《我们的中华文化》时,为了能够让学生感受中华文化的地域性,我和学生们都欢快地唱起了各自家乡的歌。这样轻松活泼的教学方式,让学生感受到了政治课的魅力。
2、教学内容要开放。
新的课程观认为,教材内容是重要的课程资源,但不是唯一的资源。课程不仅是知识,同时也是经验、活动;它不仅是文本课程,更是体验课程,是教师与学生共同探求知识的过程;是教材、教师、学生、环境四因素的整合。一个有意义的教学过程,除了具有学习客观知识的特点之外,还应该成为广大师生运用课程资源共同建构知识和人生的生活过程。就高中政治课而言,联系性更强,内容可涉及自然的、人文的、历史的、现实的、中国的、外国的等,仅凭教材上有限的内容作为教学资源,势必造成教学上的单调与枯燥,政治课教学的生命力,就在于理论联系实际。因此,政治教师要具备与时俱进精神,开放教学内容,关注热点、贴近生活,切实增强政治课教学的针对性和时代感。例如,我在教学《国家的宏观调控》一课,我和我的学生搜集了有关房价上涨的事例和我国政府出台的相关政策。在教学《我们的中华文化》,我和学生深入乡镇,寻找乡土文化的有关资料,这样可以把课堂内外联在一起,把情感与态度、行为与习惯、知识与技能、过程与方法结合起来,引导学生在生活中发展,在发展中生活,也有利于进一步引起学生的思想共鸣,增强政治课的感染力和说服力。
3、教学方式要更新。
生活认识论把课堂教学看成是个体生活的过程,以提升个体生命质量和价值为终极目标,课堂教学的过程离不开个体的体验和参与。因此,在政治课教学过程中应更新教学方式,更多地关注学生的自主活动以及在活动中来体验和感受,即由传统的师生授受教学向体验教学转变。在体验过程中,教学过程强调主客体的融合。例如在教学《储蓄存款和商业银行》一框之前,我首先在班上建立了若干个活动小组,并轮流到附近的农业银行开展丰富多彩的采访调查活动,亲历具体的生活事件,让他们在实践中进行积极的情感体验,使其在活动过程中获得积极的行为感悟和情感体验,使课堂教学更富有实效性。同时,通过组织学生开展社会调查活动,将教学活动由课内向课外延伸,将认知活动与学生的实际行动有机结合,学生会自主引发内在的矛盾斗争,以促进学生完整人格的形成。又如,我在教学《企业的经营时》,学生和我一起设计了有关企业经营的短剧,由学生扮演董事长,经理,等去体验教材知识。这种表演式教学法寓教于乐,富有生活情趣。
4、教学时空要拓展。
传统的高中政治课教学,一般局限于书本和教室,教学空间单一、封闭,教学时间固定,随着教学的生活化,就必须要为学生提供生活化的空间,教学时间也并不一定要固定在每周两课时上。政治课要沟通课堂内外,充分利用学校、家庭和社区等教育资源,开展综合性学习活动,拓宽学生的学习空间,增加学生实践的机会。广阔的社会背景为学生提供了一片学习思想政治的天空,学生由学校走向社会、走向生活的拓展过程可以通过多种形式实现。教师可以根据教学的需要,让学生走进社会,开展社会调查,参观访问、赴敬老院献爱心、秋游、研究性学习等有意义的活动,把政治课置于社会生活中,为学生打开了一扇扇了解社会的窗户,极大地丰富学生的生活体验,让他们感受到生活中处处有思想政治,生活中时时有思想政治。
构建生活化的课堂,使社会即是学校、“生活即是教育”,让学生在生活化的课堂里能敞开胸襟,把生活拥入自己的怀抱,去想象、去体验,从而使思想政治课教学更生动、更有效。思想政治课教学走向生活化是教学改革的基本方向,但也是一个渐进的过程,既没有现成的理论,也没有成熟的实践经验。路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索,我会不断地摸索,不断地充实自己,提高自己,改变自己,使自己逐步适应不断变革的教育形势,成为一个具有新理念、新思想、新方法的“新教师”。

高中思想政治优质课评选二组(县区)课堂教学实况点评

在举国欢度国庆与共迎十一届全运会的背景下,济南市教研室为深入推进新课程改革,特举办高中优质课评选活动,共同探讨新课程理念与高中思想政治课的教学艺术。这两天(今年10月13-14日),二组(县区)选手通过新课教授的方式,展示了他们对新课程的理解和对高中思想政治课堂教学规律的探索。

一、值得肯定的方面

(一)较好地体现了新课程理念

随着新课程改革的发展,教师们通过学习与实践,已逐渐领会新课程理念,并自觉地将其转到教学实践中,化为自身的教学行为。本组15节课堂教授,无论是从教学方案的设计,还是具体教学实施过程,都体现出选手们对新课改理念的深入理解与贯彻。

1.课程三维目标的达成。目标引领教学是课程改革中的重要理念,尤其是情感态度价值观目标的要求,是新课程凸显的一个重要方向。本次优质课展现过程中,教师们基本都注重了课程三维目标的设计及其在授课过程中的体现,个别评价意见一致较好的课堂,更加关注了在学生在对知识理解中的过程与体验,在情景感受中实现价值观的教育目标。

2.课程内容的生活化。选手们对课题内容的理解与讲授,基本都能做到从学生与社会生活的实际出发,选取有代表性的事例阐释课题内容,以此激发学生对知识价值的肯定与对快乐学习的体验,增强课堂讲授的实效性。

3.师生关系的和谐。新课程理念所倡导的教学方式的转变及师生角色的转换,使教师和学生共同成为课堂的主人。从大部分教师引领学生积极参与的过程来看,自主、合作、探究的方式已成为学生对课程内容理解的主要学习方式,教师们在努力通过所运用的各种教学手段,使学生在与教师共同探讨中体验学习的乐趣。

4.合作教学意识增强。课堂教学中,教师能够有意识的整合物化的教育要素(课程、教材、教案、学案)与课堂教育主体(教师、学生)的关系,在课堂预设的基础上有机生成课程与教材、教案与学生、教材与学生、教案与学生、师生互动、生生互动等关系。大部分课堂能够体现教师对课程要素整合的主动性,充分调动各种因素的关系,引发学生学习的各动态因素之间互感互动的系统活动,使课堂形成多边活动的统一体,实现学生认知、情感、态度与价值观等目标的达成。

(二)课堂教学中新的生长点

1.对教学内容的整体设计较好。对教学内容的科学思考使得教学环节的设计更加合理有序。例如,章丘五中的康风老师“公司的经营”一课,整节课设计了目标明确的四个版块:“感悟生活 直面金融危机;走进生活 了解企业与公司;理解生活 体验公司经营;践行生活 成功创业“。一方面,体现了教师对教学内容的精心设计;另一方面,由于教师对课题内容有序设计,为课程目标的达成提供了很好的路径。另外还有历城二中的胡魁标老师对“源远流长的中华文化”的设计:“远古寻访,探究文化特征;历史探幽,体味文化力量;以史为鉴,重塑文化辉煌;文化复兴,贡献自身力量”,也很好地为教学内容与学生活动提供了一条内在联系的主线,使得课堂教学环节因教师对教学内容的科学设计而更显得有序和有效。

2.教学实例的选取更加典型。例如,济北中学的张方山老师在“博大精深的中华文化”的教学中,选取了“都江堰水利工程原理”,引导学生通过探寻都江堰水利工程的神奇魅力,感受和领悟中华古代科学技术的文化价值。我们听过的每一节课在教学实例的选用利用上几乎都较为典型地阐释了知识的理解与运用,为课程目标的达成提供了有说服力的例证。例如“国庆60周年庆典”、“中华世纪坛朗诵词”、“全运会火炬传递”、“北京奥运会”、“沂蒙六姐妹煎饼股份有限公司”、“金融危机”、“比亚迪股份有限公司”、“中国重汽集团”等等,都成为了课堂教学的典型实例,为佐证教学内容提高了力度。

3.问题呈现引领学生积极主动参与。例如,历城二中的亓静老师“公司的经营”一课,设计了“完成我的企业策划内容一、二”,引导学生进入企业策划与经营的角色,模拟企业策划环节,向学生提出相关的问题。当学生进入角色时,他们的创业梦想得到了更高的鼓励,他们的知识学习也因为与角色体验的直接对接而有了更为深入的理解。

二、需要进一步完善的问题

1.新课程理念的理解与践行。对新课程倡导的许多理念的理解存在的问题比较多,很多老师在教学实践中体现出的对“以人为本”、“教师角色意识”、“课堂的预设与生成”等理念的认知比较模糊,使得对课堂的把握与支持不能达到理想效果。表现为对课程目标的理解、教学内容的设计、课堂教学活动的组织、教学的言说方式等方面。

2.教师个人素质的提升。教师个人素质的发展是制约教师课堂教学效果的首要方面。本次优质课显示出的许多问题实际是教师个人素质丞待提高的表现,如对课程内容的把握、教学形式与内容的关系处理、理论阐述、学生活动的设计、课程资源的筛选与整合、课堂进展的预设、教材使用中的有机生成等问题。其中较为基本也是较为突出的问题是对教学内容的把握,如对“我国的基本经济制度”的内容设计,大部分教师没有在突出重点的前提下,科学合理的处理好教学内容的主次详略,体现出教师对教材内容缺乏高屋建瓴的理解与把握,导致这一课题的课堂教学整体失效,给人很大的失落感。类似的问题还有教师对这一课题内容中“我国基本经济制度的理论依据”的理解与阐释不够,使得课程内容缺乏相应的力度,理解不够深刻与完善。另外还有对“源远流长的中华文化的原因”的理解中,缺乏对“中华文化的包容性”的整合理解。所有这些都表明教师亟待提升教学素养,无论是在专业精神上还是个人魅力上。

三、需要反思的问题

1.如何更好地理解新课程“以人为本”的思想。在本次优质课活动进程中,各种课堂教学要素的组合互动里,教师表现出了广泛的权威性和主导性。相比学生而言,教师因知识和能力的优势而处于“上位”,学生因知识和能力的弱势而处于“下位”。教师在编制教案、学案和控制教学过程的主导权中表现出对课堂的绝对控制地位,学生因参与程度有限而处于服从地位。如何在根本上解决“从解决学生的困惑出发”这一关键性问题,需要在进一步探索中提高认识并付诸实践。
